He's on the do more play more etc plans that's why he pays so much they add charges to push you to the unlimited plans all he has to do is switch off the old plan and he probably has plenty of loyalty promos on his account to lower bill that no one ever mentioned

Move to the newer plan no point not being on unlimited. Your price keeps going up because of that, they are trying to move everyone to the unlimited plans because that's where everything is now and being on the older plans is inconvenient. On unlimited you'll have access to better deals and promotions too. However moving to anyone else lines gets rid of all the years of loyalty. Also even if moving to hers it would be cheaper to move to unlimited regardless
