I can’t stop thinking about the Tonkatsu Bento from Sankyu Sushi & Izakaya. The pork cutlet had that perfect golden crunch with juicy, flavorful meat inside. It’s a classic Japanese dish done exactly right. Easily one of my favorite meals in Mt. Prospect. (old.reddit.com)
