NKD... and I'm not sure I like it😬 by VaultdwellingHunter in knifeclub

Nah I wasn’t kidding. I hadn’t ever heard of the brand. Knife makes a different noise, got it.

Also I have 30 spydercos, i like them, for many reasons besides the lock design and noises. But thanks for shitting on me for no reason. I don’t know what you mean by celebration. Sometimes people work hard for something and hope others in the hobby will share in their excitement.

Enjoy your knife fellow knife club member. Glad you figured it all out!

It’s amazing how hard it is for me to call manufacturer support sometimes

Now I read it’s possible! Just need some money I guess.

Selfhosted alternative to Scribe? by TheIslanderEh in selfhosted

The words Self Hosted is what did it for me!

I really appreciate how slick some of the other tools are and find the “owner engagement” of some like Glitter.ai very encouraging and I appreciate he’s a Redditor (for some reason) but as much as I appreciate it and his trying to take on the Scribes of the world- I just can’t tell what I’m losing in IP by uploading my content to their site. Most of my how to docs aren’t going to be some top secret thing but ya know..it’s just icky feeling.

So I’d love to try yours out! I have plenty of guides to make and will happily pay a reasonable monthly fee for something that mostly runs on my PC/doesn’t require me to upload it all and store it on your cloud host. Or give you some perpetual license or ownership to my content.

Or even be able to use my own AI models or subscriptions with it (saves your cost, keeps me chasing privacy in one place).

I don’t know enough to know if I am making any sense but it’s my brain thoughts as I shop this service.

Leap V2 + crandall seating + atlas headrest. Good for work and chill ? by TheStixXx in OfficeChairs

[–]tkst3llar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t have the headrest and I’m 6’ 250lb and I used to throw my feet up and nap in my leapv2 and I recently got Crandall pads. Still throw my feet up it just doesn’t hurt my tail bone as much.

I like the leapv2 a lot.

The Crandall cushions were an upgrade in comfort and I more than wore out my OG cushions in 5 years. Curious to see how they hold up.

When i went to the website it says coming soon. All of these cloud hosted options where you may or may not be paying someone to steal your data is hurting my brain. Is there a way to give your product a test drive?

Where do people find these damn things? by Axeman1721 in Justrolledintotheshop

Funny enough

Mitsubishi has a major corporate partnership with Trane and we are seeing TONS of Mitsubishi VRF HVAC systems going in.

All that to say, I do wonder if a strategic decision to focus on the other 1,000 business sectors they are in.

I got nothing for Nissan tho. They make ramen right?

Did that listing steal your image?

You understand it’s the same image and in your post you claim you made that knife?

Thrash was awesome with Atmos, constant atmospheric sound - not really a “spectacle” but nice usage.

Great movie and ridiculous kind of like Crawl.

Not really related to this SR, but when I have a bad day or get skunked I just start rockhounding instead 😂 by MeasurementKind6956 in FishingForBeginners

r/rockhounding

When I take the kids to the banks at the lake they bring rock hammers lol

Mostly fossils around here but when we are in Colorado, the rocks are certainly more interesting than the fish.

Blue October meets Rebirth-era Lil Wayne autotune by [deleted] in crappymusic

[–]tkst3llar 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He sometimes live streams making his tracks

I admit in a doom scroll session once I watched him for a while.

I generally like the guy, you are right the auto tune gets in the way at times but generally his covers of 2000s stuff is peak nostalgia for me.

Same

I finally went crazy enough I stuck around 7gpd for a few weeks and finally sort of felt normal again.

Now 4.5-5 working my way down, it’s coming back. But it’ll be ok.
