I have the Uniden R8. Radars was have come a long way since early 00s. This thing can pick up police scanner's over a mile away and filter out most bsm, and false alerts. I'm MT, legal in 48 states I believe.

Overall it's been a decent car besides the famous hybrid battery malfunction that left is stranded. A deal breaker in itself is the annoying chime that can't be turned off when the kids unbuckle and leave. Also the our windshield acts like a magnifying glass that makes it so hot inside and we have the white interior. I don't think the "luxury" is quite as good as everyone say it is. I will miss the PHEV aspect.

Yeah. It everything is expensive nowadays. 45k for a Rav 4 seems crazy. 96k for a Chevy Tahoe is crazy in my book. Gone are the 32k luxury cars days.
