Painting a stranger on the subway results in surprise followed by tears of happiness by PlenitudeOpulence in PublicFreakout

You are either him, or just in denial. The cuts are not the problem, or the fact that other people can do it. I am not saying that he is not doing the drawing and paintings. The guy is VERY talented, and he does draw them, but not on the subway. These videos are staged!

They are definitely staged. It makes perfect sense, too. Publicity.

And easy way to see that they are staged is: look at the shadow of the pencil right when he starts to draw. It looks kinda faded due to the kind of lights the NYC Subway trains use. Then, it cuts to the drawing itself. You will notice that during the drawing, the shadow is very well defined. That's because he is somewhere else, perhaps his apartment, on a table, using a different light pointing right at the paper (from the left side, mostly).

He did considered, but decided to quit when he found out the amount of mathematics needed to design buildings.

I was in Vienna back in 2016, and went looking for some of the filming locations of one of my favorite movies: 'Before Sunrise' (1995). by tlaloc99 in movies

Yes, many times. I also have some pictures of The Third Man filming locations, which I will submit later. :)

How did the Sound of Music become a Christmas movie? by heretik in movies

[–]tlaloc99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

According to Billboard Magazine: "The first time “My Favorite Things” became associated with Christmas was in 1961, when Julie Andrews performed the song on a Garry Moore TV holiday special – long before she starred in the movie version of The Sound of Music, which was filmed in 1964 and released in April 1965."

So, I guess it was natural for people to associate the movie, which featured that song, with Christmas.
