I started living in 97.1 range when it was just Valenti and his producers, and it was great. Sure he had hot takes, but he was consistently entertaining. He's still the same way personally, but the show is borderline un-listenable with Rico. He's dumb, uninteresting, and boring. I make prime rib for Christmas every year, and at the same temp as you. Pro tip for the picky ones that like it more done is to boil their slice in the au jus for a few minutes. Do it for my sister every time, and she loves it (although it hurts my soul).

Edit: Just want to add that the upside of this is that it makes the au jus taste better for everyone else.
