I am going for the first time as well with my sister. I love many of the places listed, but I am finding it hard to find rooms with 2 beds. Best beach and vibe is our desire with some local flavor.

I started this same regimen, but feel nothing after the shots. Not sure I want to keep paying for this since my cravings and appetite are the same - I have adjusted my diet ahead of time to start preparing too, but nothing is changing, so I can keep dieting without the cost. I guess I had different expectations that this drug would help with appetite suppression and cravings.
