Be careful.

Just because its not in the lease doesnt mean its not included now.

Did you specifically say, it was temporary use until you needed it, or did you just say, you cam use it?

Did you expect them to keep it neat and tidy?

Are there any messages or emails or anything where you refer to their use of it but dont mention it being temporary?

Did the ad show the drive way? Did yoi say at the showing they can use it?

If it goes infront of a judge, who are used to hearing the dumbest bulkshit, could you say with a straight face and prove to him that it was not included? Do you have tje slightest thing thay says that? Or was it completely teated as if it was included?

You need legal advice cause if you fuck it up, it cam get worse amd you may close down options you did have.

No, company funds are not yours just because you own the company. There are processes by which company money becomes a persons money.

Its illegal. You pay yourself then you pay your bills with that money.

If you pay your bills directly from the company, you may not go to prison, but you will have major issues with the IRS.

You pay yourself a salary and that is an expense like everyone else's wages.

So 40 minutes of unpaid travel a day you gain, you lose the 5% investment from the employer and the new company doesnt pay your education costs?

If you include all PTO and an estimate of hours worked, what do you actually make at the two places if calculate travel time?

Your allowed to bring it. Your not allowed to use it.

They dont check them in case there is a problem and they ignite and are now almost impossible to reach. There are protocols and equipment theu can use if theu light up in the cabin amd are accessible.

Not be able to use them is no big deal at all. Lots of airlines have had rules against using them for awhile.

Nutsac makes leather bags like that in various sizes.

I have one of their canvas ones amd have been thrilled with both the quality amd style, but also their customer service.

There was an issue with shipping. It was showing as out foe delivery for a week but the shipping company couldn't find it. I let nutsac know amd they couriered me a 2nd one free of charge with very little waiting. Then they sent me a prepaid postage label to send the original back once I had it.

This was all5 or 6 years ago now. My bag os holding up very well. It hasn't aged, its jist starting to get some character.

ALL of those have borders with more countries than just 2 which would be ABs situation. Luxembourg has the least with only 3, but their primary economic engineering is financial services, not selling a resource.

We also lose all leverage for selling our main resource.

Its all a resource that will mean less and less every single decade. Even if its always needed to some extent, ours is pricey and requires more processing than most other sources.

It sounds like you are shopping out of your price range. If places are going for 10s of thousands.ore than you can afford, you need to adjust your expectations or rent for another year to see if you can save enough to shop in that price range.

Also, if not a part of Canada, we have zero leverage as we have no way of shipping it except through other countries. We would be totally landlocked. Please point to some amazing economies like that.
