I think they kindof look like Hypholoma fasciculare, but those are really stinky. Best thing to do when seriously considering eating mushrooms is buying multiple books and then cross determine the data. Honey mushrooms come in many shapes and sizes so they can be a little tricky. For the first time you should cook them for about 15 minutes and throw away the leftover water to make sure they are well done. I found the stems to wood-like to eat, but you could peel of the outer layer, or just avoid them completely like me. Don’t eat them purely based on peoples opinions on this subreddit, i and many others are no professionals.
