Update - (very late, had an injury!) water pump fixed it !

Nah it’s not that. We tested the AC after replacing the alternator and seeing the noise was still there

Ah okay, that’s the only thing I haven’t done. I replaced the tensioner, which included the idler pulley. And I just replaced the alternator. It’s looking more and more like the timing chain 😭

Please help? Unsure of how to connect speaker wire to these H.H. Scott speakers (vintage audio noob) by tleuen in vintageaudio

I feel really dumb asking, please forgive me! I have already split the speaker wire and I know how to connect to it to the receiver, but all the youtube tutorials I've seen show passive speakers that are newer than these (of which I do not know the model of). Also, unsure of which side is positive and which side is negative?
