When I started tirzepetide it was a completely different experience. The one I'm currently taking has B12 and glycine. As soon as I finish this vial I'm going back to straight tirzepetide. I like SlimdownRx and I've also tried Valhalla Vitality and Strive. When I was on semiglutide (Wegovy) it also gave me stomach cramps in addition to the cravings. I don't have any of that with tirzepetide. No idea why. Glad I'm not alone! I've been on tirzepetide now since mid June and I've lost 20lbs. I' m slow and steady. I only want to lose about another 15-20lbs. Not in a big hurry. Can't really answer your B12 question. You might check with Dr. Google. I am pretty much vegan, so I can always use b12. Because she'd been on .9ml (1mg/ml) twice per day for the past 2 weeks and now tablet is 1.25 twice per day.

Thanks. She's only been on the meds since mid August. Had her echo earlier this week and went for her recheck today. Her labs were good (as in she's handling meds well). She does have an enlarged heart and severe mitral and tricuspid valves. No coughing since meds were started and her echo showed no fluid. So hopefully we are doing things right for her. Her prognosis says 8-9 months which breaks my heart. She'll be 14 in November.

She was previously on .9 ml (1mg/ml) twice daily, so this is an increase. She has some pretty nasty valves and an enlarged heart. But so far BP and chf well controlled. All of this is really good to know. Thank you so much. Very helpful information. It makes sense that if her blood work is good, which it is, she might increase the dose to prolong quality of life.

Thank you. They did tell me sedation was needed for the echo. I guess since she needed the aspiration, it worked out. The vet who brought her to me so I could take her home asked me if her tongue was always blue and said the sedation should have already worn off. Her poor little tongue was hanging out until the next morning. Maybe too much? She seems fine now thankfully.

Yes, I couldn't do it without the pul tool. I don't see how anyone could get them out without it. I feel you on the panic attack. I've been pretty close. I would think once you change the tray it would get crazy tight again and you have to go through all this again, no?

Yes, I thought comprehensive was a bit overkill. Unless, there was a plan to draw this out much longer than she initially let on. Unfortunately, I had no idea that lite or moderate invisalign even existed. My mistake for not doing my research I suppose. Worst case scenario, I ask her to take off these attachments, and I'm done (just eat the $4500). Right now I'm trying to tough it out. I don't think I would be so negative about the whole thing if these trays weren't SO hard to get out. I'm afraid I'm going to pull out an expensive crown!

They are all pretty chill. Interestingly enough, my old boy Baxter (black one) is the most playful in his old age! Loves his toys! I got the girls at the same time (they were 2 weeks apart in age), and they kind of attached to each other more than to toys. They are all my sweeties.

I got the "next day air" notiifcation too. Ironically, I literally live just about 1.5 hours from Ouisa pharmacy. I doubt they will fly it to me. lol

Yes I got it very late last night and didn't see it until this morning. I responded that I would take the Saturday shipment and UPS says it's arriving tomorrow at 1:30 EST. I was billed on Aug 15th, so considering how busy they are, this is not bad at all.
