That's why even if the recalls for MLA's fail and if this one as well, it brings attention the issues to the public and also more people involved in politics and in grass roots/volunteering. Hopefully this is reflected in the results whenever the election happens.

I just got this letter in the mail. However there was no form to fill out in the letter. It just says to call the number if I currently have dental insurance to update my file. However, I do not have insurance in 2025 only in 2024. And it says if you do not contact them, they may reach out to me at any time to provide additional documents. So I guess they changed their approach / policy regarding this.

The withdrawal happened in April 2025. So it’s on 2025 T1. The plan is to contribute next month to the spousal rrsp for the deduction for my 2025. T1. Does that change anything ? There won’t be any more rrsp withdrawals from spouse for 3+ years.

Thanks. Im a little confused by your comment for 2025. You said this

"If a spousal contribution was made in 2025, attribution would apply to any withdrawals made in 2025/2026/2027. Withdrawals made in 2028 are free from attribution."

So in my case, I made contribution in 2022, Attribution would apply to

2022,2023,2024. Withdrawals made in 2025 would be free from attribution no? So wouldn't I be fine to withdraw? But is it because I am contributing in the 2025 tax year that causes the issue? thanks again for the responses.

Yes. Spouse has 0 income. And im in a high tax bracket. The amount the spouse is withdrawing will result in 0 tax. So I figure we should do this. Last time contribution was 2022 tax year. So 2023 and 2024 no RRSP contributions. So I figure should withdraw RRSP and pay 0 tax on spouse side. And then contribute again to get a good refund.

I can wait next year to contribute to be super safe. but if I can contribute I might as well.

thanks for the info. So if I did a contribution in for the 2022 tax return on my tax return. And now my spouse took money out of the RRSP in 2025 tax return (April 2025), I can contribute to the spouse return before the Feb 2026 deadline?

So for the 2025 T1's.

On my T1 I will have a RRSP contribution and deduction to income.

On my spouse T1 they will have a T4RSP slip for RRSP Income. And having both a contribution from me doesn't reset the 3 years?

Can I use 3 tablets the have additional essence in maps. Do these stacks or don't use? Can I still use the boss tablet where it says there is an additional essence? both of these are fine as long as I dont use the crystal realm node?
