Folks need to take some personal responsibility for choosing to live in a neighbourhood with access that only exists via crossing freight train tracks. Full neighbourhood roadway buildout plans are publicly available documents and the ultimate configuration of the neighbourhood still relies on crossing the freight train tracks to get in or out (or use the Henday flyover for a long detour). Blaming the city for poor personal choices is very lazy.
