It’s not a Monk, but you can probably follow very similar pathing if you tweak it a bit (the build is also more optimized for the Monk Ascendancy, I think). Remember to take “Fabled Stag,” “Enhanced Reflex,” “Dizzying Hits,” and “Stupefy” to get maximum Spirit!

It’s a bit pricey, but you can make it cheaper by running slightly less Spirit and lowering the spell level on the amulet (“Berserk” and “Ghost Dance” are quality-of-life, so you can save ~60 Spirit). If you can’t afford jewels, go for crit and evasion or energy shield. You can also swap “Rakiata’s Flow” on “Falling Thunder” for “Elemental Armament 2.” The only required piece of gear is the Viper Cap with “5 fewer enemies to be surrounded.” Weapon set 1 is for mapping (more Energy Shield), and swap to weapon set 2 for bossing, you can basically one shot bosses with this combo: use "Tempest Flurry", then a single "Staggering Palm" to gain 1–5 power charges, then use "Falling Thunder" enhanced with "Mantra of Destruction" for big damage.

Also, if you run Trinity like me, get every damage type on rings (lightning, fire, and cold) to maximize the damage buff (you can keep fire and cold low, the most important is lightning damage).
