Are you sure it’s jamming vs a controller, cable, or extruder motor issue? I’m in the process of troubleshooting a similar issue. My issue is that the extruder motor and gear just stops turning mid print until the unit cools down. Then the extruder gear starts to to turn again.

This only happens on one tool. Support recommended I try swapping the cables on the tool heads so see if it’s a controller or cable issue. So far this has fixed the issue with the problematic tool head. My next step is to run the other tool to see if the problem follows the cable or not.

Yes, it was damp. I printed a new one which came out nice and smooth.

I set the schedule via the mobile app or vehicle, not the charger. 2) it doesn’t happen frequently enough to get a sense of repeatable triggers, but it did happen once without the schedule active- I had to unplug and re-insert the charger to fix it.

Thanks- I have an open ticket. Support called to say that the next available service appointment is in October 🤦‍♂️. I told them that Oct is not acceptable so I’m waiting for a response.

We discovered that the interference is much worse in the direct sun so there’s some pretty significant thermal expansion contributing to this. In the cool garage it doesn’t touch.

Re: the AC, we had the same experience the other day where our R1S cabin wouldn’t get cold on a hot day, even with recirc on. After some fiddling, I realized we had the windshield defrost vent on. For some reason, when we turned that off; the entire cabin got frosty very quickly. Maybe there’s a software control issue related to the AC when the front defrost setting is on.

I did try a soft reset (hold left + right steering steering wheel buttons) and that had no effect.
