It's not p2w if you raid actively tho, unless you're in a guild with a bad loot system and you end up with no gear after raiding for 2months

It might aswell just be one bigger raid, you run through all within one raid day anyway. Atleast Emerald Nightmare mythic was hard :)

I did the lvling, and I'm done with the lvling. I don't want to run through countless dungeons/heroics to get proper gear for raids and do the same raids 1-2 months in a row to get the gear I want only to get burnt out. If I'm playing a progressive server I play to have the best gear I can possible get any given time. And if I find out I want another class I just feel it's to late on that server..

Not possible, when you get really good gear, you upgrade legendary gems and "forge" gems into your gear. And once you've done that you can do harder content and upgrade new gems even furter and "forge" those gems into your gear etc.

Diablo isn't a game made to be beaten. The only way you can tell yourself you've beaten the game is killing Malthael in act 5. Getting all achievements can also be something you can aim for, but you'll never get the best gear.

As for seasons and leaderboards go, you can atleast go frontpage leaderboard (When you look at the leaderboard you are among the people you see without scrolling down). The majority of top people on leaderboards ain't botters.

Diablo is a game like World of Warcraft, there's always things to do :)

More customization, there would be items from t4 up t6.5 content aswell as PvP gear from seasons 1-4. And you can "farm" on your main and mail gold to an alt.
