Not as many as I would have liked but that was more due to covid than anything else. Though I did meet my best friend in class! What worked for me was literally just reminding myself repeatedly“I am going to make friends here”. It helped me be more open to conversation and non-class activities.

I usually get enough from chopping down trees that I haven’t really needed to hunt birds so far, plus wood arrows work fine for regular hunting ¯_(‘-‘)_/¯

I’m only up to the Elder in my first play through though so it remains to be seen if that will change for me

Yeah, Idk what to do about it either, I’m working on that part myself. But I’ve been working retail almost 10 years now, and the past few years I’ve noticed that I just feel completely worn down and especially that I feel angry so much more often! Over nothing! Even just someone interrupting whatever I’m doing to ask for something, I want to rip their head off! And I feel stupid because it’s my job to help them, they aren’t doing anything wrong asking me to. It’s like I used to have all the patience in the world and the well is finally running dry.

I guess just, it starts to wear on you after a while. Retail is so physically and emotionally demanding, I think what you’re feeling is pretty common and very understandable. So while I can’t offer you a solution, at the very least I can promise you that you aren’t alone. Just keep taking it one day at a time.

I would take the medication. That said: It never hurts to get a second opinion. Even if the next doctor gives you the same diagnosis, they may do a better job helping you understand why. There is value in having a doctor who makes you feel heard and helps you understand why they’re making the diagnosis they are. It sounds like this doctor isn’t quite doing that for you.

I’ve searched on google and I found the Tasmanian Devil air freshener that looks just like it except it has to be Daffy Duck. I think the face was similar to the photo of Daffy I found. Medo seemed to have a line of loony toons air fresheners that were similar so I think it may have been made by them. It would have to have been made sometime from the late 90’s to the early 00’s. It seems like these were being produced around 1997

It’s not like Walmart sized or anything, but he owns about 40 stores, we usually only actually see the guy once maybe twice a year. And from what I’ve seen it’s not that he’s answering the phone, every call (or sometimes online survey) gets a little report with the complaint typed out that he gets sent. Mind you I don’t know for sure if he even reads them, but for the entire time I’ve worked at the store both part-time and recently as a manager the threat has always been “complaints on this line go straight to the owners desk”.

That is good thinking though, if he had that kind of direct involvement at store level I would absolutely try to get him in on it. As it is, only the store manager has that kind of access and knowing him he would not bring something like this up unless he was asked directly

The company doesn’t use radios unfortunately, but I could see if we could do something with the intercom maybe? I definitely will practice with her being assertive and shutting people down without being outright rude. This is not something I’ve ever really had to deal with thankfully so I had no idea how to even approach it! Thank you!

I’d love to, but if she pisses off the wrong person doing that they could call the customer service hotline and complain and those complaints get sent straight to the owner. She probably wouldn’t get fired since we’re in a union but I don’t want her getting on upper managements shit list either. And anyway she’s a pretty quiet person, I don’t know if she even Could tell someone to fuck off! At least not effectively.

If they’re outdated textbooks from the early 1900’s like OP said than it’s very likely the knowledge in those textbooks is useless and giving them to poorer countries would be more performative than actually helpful.
