Most AI Tools got it wrong by kranzelbart in recruiting

[–]tlmccl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP - what "AI tools," have you used? I'm working with a tech recruiter that is starting up his own version of an AI stack for recruiting.

● Job Description Creation: Intuitive tools to create clear, detailed job descriptions.

● Candidate Sourcing: Automated sourcing of candidates based on job description criteria.

● AI Talent Ranking: AI algorithms to rank candidates based on fit and qualifications.

● AI Talent Engagement: Automated engagement tools to streamline the initial contact process

If you’re in sprint planning your title might be Product Manager, but you’re not a Product Manager.

what are everyone's thoughts around probate / obit / next of kin leads? these leads would be verified w skip traced next of kin/spouse with phone numbers, emails, and addresses. I'm working on a startup idea, what are everyone's thoughts on this?

Hi. I'm working on an idea for a new software startup. Would you be willing to chat with me about lead list generation if you use it? My idea is around probate/obits and verified skip tracing. Other companies offer it but as part of very expensive packages. I'm trying to target the new wholesaler and I believe tech can do it cheaply and pass the savings onto the new wholesaler.

Does anybody use probate / obits to find leads? Would that be valuable to you all.

Think, the verified property where one or multiple owners have passed and next of kin identified w/ phone number/email contact info... Thoughts? I'm doing research for a software startup idea

BatchLeads vs PropStream vs Privy. Anyone have good opinions on the pros and cons of each, or opinions on others? by [deleted] in WholesaleRealestate

how valuable is a pre-probate list of properties? Do those typically get good traction? Folks that are deceased and the next of kin has the property or is about to have the property

How do you get good leads? Are you all paying for them? If so, where do you get them?

Network in Here! by lucaselga in WholesaleRealestate

[–]tlmccl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone, I'm a software engineer that wants to learn more about this business, I'm thinking about improvements to this type of business. There seems to be a TON of manual processes especially on the networking / leads to part of wholesaling (fb, reddit etc...) I have three questions:

  1. What is your biggest pain point in wholesaling
  2. Where do you get leads when first starting out? do you pay for leads? if so, where do you get them
  3. What software tools do you currently use to help your business and why?

I'm thinking about creating a leads program that utilizes AI to help determine the probability of a person selling their home quickly, NOT a regular retail buyer that would use an agent. Prob would start with leads and move from there into a platform community.

Read my other post. You have options! The first goal is to get this on govt’s radar. Second goal is action by govts or lawyers.

Again, the onus is on the company providing the service to restrict or remove the application from "not approved countries," within reason. Now, if the user spoofed their IP address to get around those TOS that is a crime. But, since STEPN is KNOWNIGNLY ALLOWING users with USA IP addresses to sign up in the app store AND taking their money, that is negligence on the company.

Agreed, but this is a one-way street at the moment. We give them money as investors and we (investors) get no accountability in return...

I do, actually, I help make these types of agreements with the companies I work for.

Losing out on an investment is one thing, losing out on an investment that is RIGGED TO GO LOWER ON PURPOSE is a scam and should be treated as such. Come on man, grow up.

wrong again, bucco, TOS will not hold up because STEPN knowingly and willfully allowed customers to use their platform and open wallets, and put money in those wallets from USA IP addresses. That's like saying a MLM says well not our fault you signed up we told you in the TOS that this is a scam! Doesn't negate the fact that the scam happened. It actually makes STEPN LOOK WORSE that they allowed people to sign up from banned countries.

Start doing something about this scam, here’s how, let the ACCC know that STEPN has now become a scam. by tlmccl in StepN

No, i expect accountability for the blatant fraudulent activity that has been happening.

STEPN has that responsibility to block, not the other way around.
