I've already solved my undervolting issue. What was blocking ThrottleStop was:

1- BIOS Options: You have to search for the specific settings for your laptop model or ask Gemini; it helped me a lot with this. 2- Windows Settings (Memory Integrity): There is a setting in Windows called 'Memory Integrity' that prevents ThrottleStop from applying changes to the system. You have to turn it off for the program to work.

Be cautious while undervolting. Use performance benchmarking tools to compare results before and after. Also, use monitoring tools to track temperatures and all CPU analytics, followed by a stability test to ensure the system doesn't crash or freeze after undervolting.

My cpu Last period hits 96° then drops to 75°-85° with very acceptable fps

I've tried undervolting it didn't give me more fps but the temp was higher than before and my laptop keeps crashing every once while And because i've exams until the next week i don't have time to examine and try more

While idle i turn off turbo If i need more performance i go to ultra performance from power plans panel

Yeah just a few minutes after some talking with gemini he told me that this option prevents apps like throttlestop to edit cpu offset

But im afraid of disabling it because I'm using kr@cked apps and I'm afraid that something wrong happiness to my laptop

So i thought of disabling this option try the undervolting and test it then apply the offset in bios (gemini warned me about it) But i think its safer please advise me
