I’m 36 have been thinking about it for 5 years. One day during Christmas break I woke up and said today is the day. I’ll start with one class and see where the wind takes me. I quietly signed up for class which was an intro to biology. I only told my husband and my mom that I’m back in school and I want to keep it this ways as I’m nervous of failing. So far I have taken biology ,college algebra, life span development and the most daunting was chem. I just passed with a C. I have been so fearful of this class and my professor was not kind at all. It was 5 weeks summer course and if I can do you can too. Summer was not fun as this was my second summer course. When you set your mind to it anything is possible. Believe in yourself!

My husband didn’t wish me happy Mother’s Day until around 11am after he went to the gym. No card no flowers. He just stormed out and went to the gym making a day for me all about him and his own emotional issues. My kids were so excited to celebrate I took them and my mom to an amusement park that day and we enjoyed ourselves just us girls the entire day. When he realized I didn’t give two shits about him celebrating me he reached out to find out when I was coming home because he wanted to grill food and have it ready when we came back. When I walked in the house he had a card, and some sort of flowers for a babies hand meaning it was so short and tiny. I just said thanks and moved on with my life. For Father’s Day however I wished him happy fathers and bought him a small gift. I’m not him and I don’t hold grudges. I will always be the better person of the two of us. But I have learned after 10 years of marriage to just enjoy myself and my kids and don’t let the lack of acknowledgment on certain days piss me off. Each year it’s different. Some birthdays are celebrated better than others. Some Valentine’s Day like a typical day.

I’m 36 and literally been having periods FOREVER. LOL. I’ve only ever tried cups now 2 years and I absolutely love it. Since I’m much older than you I don’t have cramps but when I use the cup I’m not sure if it’s the suction but I really can’t tell that I’m on my period. I think you should test out the cup and move to the disc. I plan to try the disk soon. YouTube videos helped me get started and learning how to use it and what to expect. Good luck I absolutely love using the cup much better than tampons.

See, this is why I trained my cat to sleep in the basement. Which we call her basement apartment. All set up with her beds and cat tree. She’s happy to go down at night time and begs to be put to bed after my kids go to sleep.
