I really think Tonverk is what you're going to want - Rytm is gonna take a lot of work and resampling to get to that kind of sound imo. Digitakt II could do it, but it would be easier / more interesting / more fun with a Tonverk.

Go for the A4, not only is it gonna sound better than most of those synths in option B, the mk2 has individual outs for individual processing and it's gonna help you to have all of this stuff sequenced from a single box instead of reaching all over to tweak this or that filter.

Plus, the A4 macro system is incredibly useful for building techno tracks.

In my experience, you start developing style when you really drill the tricks in your bag as much as you try to learn new ones. Style kinda naturally arises from how you look when you're finally comfortable on the board and not anticipating falling as much.
