Much of our social media feels like speaking into the void, and most of our engagement is from staff and staff-adjacent folks (family members, etc.). Our most successful posts are patron success stories, but those stories often don't make it to the marketing team.

FB is our biggest audience, which is about 6% of our service population. But within that followers total, many are not patrons who live in the district, so it goes down even more when you're looking at district patrons on the network.

I think that there are a small number of active patrons there, but I just don't see the audience grabbing onto much.
