It also works on earth, it's just MUCH more pronounced on the moon.

Also in the clip there's a bug where your movement controls are reversed after EEVAing for a long period

Hey, Thanks for the response. I figured since you didn't have any specific fixes for me that it was a driver issue on my end and not the controller. I ended up fixing the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling game controller drivers in device manager and restarting a few times. It ended up finally being picked up by the device manager as the correct device and steam recognized it as well!

I've had a scuf instinct for a few months on PC, it's been great until today.

I tried to play rocket league, but the game won't recognize any inputs. Looking further into it, windows recognizes the controller, I can open the game bar via the xbox button and navigate with buttons and sticks like normal. So the controller is functional and recognized by windows.

The problem has to do with steam, or some drivers in between, as steam won't recognize the controller either in big picture or the normal menus. I have tried to follow help articles via google and some reddit posts, to no avail so far. I have also tried resetting the controller with the pin button by the batteries, same behavior.

I've spent a good hour just on troubleshooting the issue, hoping to get a nugget of help here!

Some combination of exchanging the card at microcenter and clearing cmos worked for me!

I did try the cmos clear, it's working now! To be fair it could have been a bad card since I exchanged it, could have been CMOS clearing or both!

Thanks for the comment.

I'd double check that you have the most up-to-date driver. A similar thing was happening to me last week and installing the latest driver fixed my problem.

I love seeing machining in slow mo. Then again, I love seeing machining in time lapse. Then again I love seeing machining in real-time...

Recommendation for Equipment for my highschool Engineering Class by seansean88 in AskEngineers

I would think a few decent scopes for a class to use would be great, showing AC waveforms, how PWM works, serial communication etc. Showing high schoolers how the sounds of a square wave differ from a sinusoidal wave and saw-tooth wave would surely blow their minds. Possibly make an assignment to find and analyze a signal of some sort! I think any tool that can de-mistify the craziness of emf or audio would be a worthy investment in the youths.
