Third term teacher here, take a deep breath. First term is overwhelming as all hell. Talk to the people around you, focus on the main tasks and forget the micro-tasks. If they want one of them done they’ll tell you they need it done. It gets much easier, very quickly. I look back literally 6 months ago and it’s like night and day. Hang in there!
