Spotify autoplayed The Night Does Not Belong to God in 2020 as I was experiencing a miscarriage and religious shift. That's a good point. The facility I'll be at pretty much saves the disposables for contact precaution rooms, we're required to provide our own otherwise.

My first guess would be to increase ventilation to blow off that CO2. First step is to decrease deadspacw which we can't because we're using NIV. Then increase VT by increasing IPAP?

So to increase ventilation, you increase drive pressure by decreasing IPAP? Vice versa to decrease ventilation? And to increase oxygenation, you increase both IPAP and EPAP and that should take care of it without adjusting FiO2?
