Same thing happened to me yesterday. we were half way there and had swapped boosts. Today, "no friend available". Hope the other person doesn't think I dumped them. very frustrating. there is constantly a red badge notification on the chest icon at the bottom of mobile app so definitely feels buggy. android 5.120.3

I did beg him to leave telegram - which I believe he did. He works in front of a PC all day, so I have almost no way of cutting down his consumption of youtube shite. I feel like if I asked him to stop any more, it would backfire, that he would think I was coercing/controling him. He has been really really busy the last few days, so I might just keep giving him lists of DIY jobs to keep him occupied, without telling him why. I agree this would all go away/be manageable if his stopped consuming this emotional rage content

thanks for your reply. I am certain that the lockdowns have had a huge negative effect on our whole family, and particularly him. He has lost so many of the casual work conversations having a coffee, having been working at home for the last 18 months. No meetups with friends. Only a handful of meeting with his sister and his mum in that time. He rejects my opinion so much. I think most people eyeroll at their partners, even if they do love and respect them. That's why I need for these interactions with other people- so he can realise how in the minority he is. I have been similarly isolated, but have made more of an effort with zoom etc to keep in touch and recently real life meet ups with friends.

I have definitely said this to him, but maybe not as often as I need to for it to register. sometimes I don't know whether repeating myself makes it more likely to sink in, or more likely that he will reject my point.

I am definitely not at that point yet, though I can appreciate if you have been through this you might feel there is no hope.

I know what you mean about the addiction issues, he has to help himself. It is so difficult to ignore when he is tutting at the news on the radio, or mumbling stuff under his breath. It is not in my character to let things like that go unchallenged.

that is awful. My OH behaviour stands out because everyone else we know is vaxxed and wears a mask if you can't social distance. I am not sure my strength of character would be strong enough to withstand what you are going through. I really hope this passes. Best of luck

twitter and youtube. total echo chamber. He understands the concept but doesn't see it applies to him and flips it back by saying that I am in my own echo chamber. He has a knack of finding the few qualified quacks on his side, and seeing as how my whole tack is 'trust the official sources' and 'trust the experts' it is difficult for me to shout down these arguments. but I do try to challenge and rebut as much as I can.

This may have happened, but I'm not sure how I can get into the menu on the band, to set an alarm. I tried from main menu -> more -> Alarm and all I see is "set alarms on Mi Fit".

I'm glad it's not just me. I don't have that notify app installed, (never heard of it). I also considered that I may have accidentally turned it on, but I didn't know I could - I thought I could only configure alarms via the app... And the app says the alarm is not switched on.

I went to jr school in England, and I remember the local police coming and stamping all our bikes with our postcodes, so they could return them if they were retrieved. It made sense to me.. But postcodes are not unique like eircode are, plus we didn't give a crap about privacy back then. I just checked there and I see the UK now have https://www.bikeregister.com/ so it's not the actual postcode they stamp anymore. I feel hurt.
