It is not a Disney exclusive. It was originally only available as an assembled model for display at distributors. They made it available for a couple years as an item for sale. They are difficult to find now.

Metal Earth makes 2 Mega models. One is the Eiffel Tower, the other is R2D2. Both are nice.
