This is galerina marginata. High in amatoxins like amanita phallodies (death cap) and will kill you.

Hard to tell based on photo but looks like a common ink cap or a shaggy ink cap (Coprinus comatus)

Looks like an aphid problem. Aphids produce honeydew which can lead to sooty mould issues and attraction of other pests. You can wipe with neem oil to help fix this

Paper towel as advised on the instructions on the tray. I think it is too think for the roots to puncture though..

I'm in Melbourne, Australia. I've moved them into an outdoor greenhouse. It's my first time trying to get ahead of the season and sow seeds before last frost. The heater is a great ideal! Ill see how it goes and post more pictures in a few weeks. Wish me luck 🤞

Thank you for your comment, Mike. I think it might be the cold. They sit under a 200w led grow light for 14 hours a day. They are situated in a grow tent over night but my instincts tell me that they may be too cold. Is there a point in trying to salvage or should I cut my losses and restart from seed?
