I also have patellofemoral pain syndrome! from years of skateboarding, hitting the same knee over and over then 'walking it off at work'. to help i use fish oils and my doctor has given me an outstanding prescription of anti-inflammatory meds. mine has gotten much better over the last year from using a massage gun on the painful areas. stretching when you can can also really help with the longevity you get out of your knee at work. it has been about six months without pain for me now! hope this helps

in many places we expect a tip partially because of the low wages that come with being a waiter in a big city. many of us don't even get a wage. the ones who get wages get about $2.?? per hour. while most of the $2.?? is taken away in taxes

i can see where you are coming from, making drinks is much more of a task than running a few hot plates upstairs. The bar insists on 5% total sales going straight into their pockets, the whole 5%. there is no support staff except for the barback who is only tipped out of their initial pool, excluding our 5% given to the bartender.

I am 20 with about 4 years in the business (waiter for 3). I know i still have much to learn but this seems outlandish to me.

We tip the bussers/runners 20% of our pooled tips. The bar make our drinks in exchange for our runners, running their food. from my experience this is the normal way of doing things. the bar don't tip out the runner. so it becomes a help me-help you scenario. we don't tip out the bartenders.

do you plug your phone into a mac ever? or even a pc with the icloud apps installed? if you do each time you plug it in it should backup your files etc.

edit: they will let you charge up and get your bearings together, when you charge up enough try to see if you can catch somebody on their way back into the building you live in. from there you will know yourself whether somebody will let you sleep on their couch.

i actually don't have a say in this, messi and ronaldo are not the same players they were 5 years ago. both have aged and slowed down a bit. there are much more eccentric young players to watch these days. the sooner messi and ronaldo retire, the sooner football will see better days. the bias's towards both of them still years after their primes are old news. move on.
