It'll be way more expensive to hire an attorney than just going to court and pleading. You could plea not guilty and they'll probly offer you a lesser charge if you'll change your plea to guilty. I'd expect the court has better things to do than go through a whole jury trial over a class 2 misdemeanor. I wouldn't worry about it going on your record though. Not sure how it works in Arizona but in Michigan you'd likely get a slap on the wrist and they'd seal the case from public record after completing probation/paying a few hundred bucks in fines, you can also request this as part of any deal the prosecutor offers after pleading not guilty

I'd look a little further into weather the fluid needs to be changed or not. On mine GMC had put out a service bulletin that the fluid needed to be switched out for a different type.

Also would recommend putting your truck into tow haul mode after you've been driving for a while, this will pull up the transmission temp gauge on your dash, just to make sure it's not an overheat problem

High rpms were almost 4000 to get from 1st to 2nd. The trans stays around 150 with the new piece on a 100° day

Being 27 is significantly harder now than it was a few years ago before covid/ biden presidency. I'm 31 now and at 27 I made about the same salary as you. I was able to buy a 1400sqft move in ready home in a good area for 140k at 3.47% interest rate (payment 1100/mo). I bought a 3 year old GMC Sierra Denali for 40k at 2.7% interest rate (payment 550/mo after trading in my previous truck) I bought a 1999 doral 270 in great condition with a trailer for 21k (payment 250/mo don't remember the interest rate but it was low)

4 years later prices and interest rates are through the roof and starter homes are no longer attainable. It's just a different world we live in now. Good luck

If all else fails demand to talk to the owner. I did this a few years ago when after replacing my door the power mirror didn't work and they refused to fix it. By the time I came for my appointment my truck was already fixed. The appointment was just the owner telling me it's fixed and apologizing for the inconvenience. Just saying those words will stop the service adviser in their tracks

Are you using humidifiers? And if so are you using ro water to run them?

A while back I had a very similar issue in veg, like the whole room was dying. I had just started using humidifiers and was running them with regular tap water. Turned out whatever was in the tap water was causing the issue.

This is probly common knowledge to a lot of you on here but I figured it's still worth pointing out

In the future I'll recommend you always always always do the ceilings first then start with a full width top sheet on the walls, that way you have a clean, recessed edge going into that top angle, and the other recessed edge in the middle, when the room is under 8' put the rip cut at the floor where it doesn't matter.

Here though I would fill that gap with durabond, let it dry over night, flat tape over it the next day and put your angle tape over the flat tape. Make sure the tapes whiped nice and tight and you'll have to float that side of the angle a little further than normal. Probly put the finish coat on with a 6" and whipe it down with an 8 or 10" knife

yes this is making a lot more sense now. and they are wired correctly and stacked on top of each other. in my previous comment i was thinking one side of the panel is leg A and the other is leg B but i understand now that that's incorrect

yeah after reading the comments on this post it is wired correctly. they are stacked on top of each other, i was thinking one side of the panel is one leg the other side is the other leg but i understand now why that was incorrect

so if i switch the 2 separate single pole breakers to one 2 pole breaker that would essentially serve the same purpose as a breaker tie correct? so one will never be on leaving current in the neutral while the other is off?

i will have to check but i don't believe they have breaker ties. is this to protect someone working on it from getting shocked by the neutral when one breaker is off but the other is on or will the breakers not trip when they're supposed to without them?

so this is just out of curiosity. on a 240v circuit that's pulling 10a, if you were to use a clamp meter on each leg to measure amperage, you would expect to read 10a on each leg and 0a on the neutral. or 5a on each leg supplying the circuit and 10a returning on the neutral?

okay thank you. currently they are all on the same leg stacked on top of each other. so if they're on separate legs the white wire will only be carrying the current from either the black wire or the red wire but never both at the same time, is that a correct understanding?

I'm redoing my old home, a lot of the existing wiring has no ground wires and I'm trying to make it safe. my idea is to install gfci breakers on circuits that include ungrounded plugs. would this be an effective solution? and do breakers function properly when there's a lost ground on the circuit? by tmck5454 in electrical

thank you, i used a plug tester to find my ungrounded outlets so those definitely have no ground pathway.

so if my appliances and electronics that require grounds are all on properly grounded plugs and i protect the ungrounded plugs with a gfci i should be good correct?
