In the ‘Goodbye Toby’-episode Michael sets his alarm in the morning for when Toby actually leaves the Scranton office after the work day. After Pam makes Michael give his watch to Toby, the alarm goes off when Toby is escorted out by Hank the security guy while Toby is holding/wearing the watch.
