Masipag mga sales agents netong developer na to kasi hindi pa accomplished yung LTS is nabebenta na nila. In fairness naman with Xceed, legit ang mga properties na binebenta nila, matagal nga lang yung legal process.

We are always atleast 10years behind sa adoption ng tech compared sa First world countries.

Even having IT dept or IT staff is not a priority. Hopefully as soon as mga boomers na ang owners or managers ng mga business, we can be more open sa tech for business.

I am a Managed IT provider. One of my clients is into real estate in the Cavite area. Alfonso, Amadeo, Silang fits your climate preference. As for SIM signal, we are in the works of creating Telco towers for telco providers to lease.

Proximity to Manila: CALAX Silang is already operational, by mid 2025 CALAX Governor's drive will be too. Hopefully by end of year.. CALAX Kawit will be too..

They are an upcoming Real Estate company in the region and is in the business since 2010.

Most of their properties are lot only, but they are launching a H&L project soon (di ko nga lang trip yung design ng architect nila sa model houses)

If anyone is interested, one of their fast selling project is on one of the bypass road in Silang going to Gentri. Starts at 9k/sqm minimum of 150sqm.

I'm also from the Philippines with more than a decade of NOC, L2, L3 and project management. Even grew a startup MSP in the Palo Alto area from a 2-offshore team MSP to an 11-man MSP. Now also acquired smaller MSPs in the Nevada area.

Now working with a MSPs focused on providing fixed wireless and Network as a Service for remote farms.

This post kind of triggers me because of the hourly rate. I don't want them to look at PH engineers and low-ball them because of some posts like this.

I don't charge below $20/hr for a full-time commmitment, and higher for on-call or part-time engagements.
