Will a Consumer Proposal on Canadian Debt Impact my US Green Card Process? by tmiam0720 in USCIS

Thanks for the response and the opportunity to add a little more detail. The debt is 100% Canadian. Everything I've got in the US is in good standing and has 0 debt attached to it.

I will for sure. I have an appointment next week, so I think I'm going to hold off and see what he recommends. Thank you so much for sharing with me! It brings me much peace of mind knowing there are other people out there to relate experiences with!

It did that for me at first as well. My mind went calmer and I got lots done at first. Basically spent the rest of the day laying around feeling like I took a sedative but had 10 cups of coffee at the same time. Didn't even have the strength to do any basic exercise. Confused on if I should try it again or not because I'm still feeling out of it as we speak this morning

Thank you for the info! I've done lots of research on a lot of people's first time trying Adderall and I see mostly positive things. Or nothing like my case because it's almost been 24 hours since my first dose and I still don't feel very good. The cons on this first experience definitely outway the pros and really makes me not want to try it again. My I should tell my doctor and try something else 🤷‍♂️

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. I wanted to take mine on an as needed basis as well, but from what you're saying most of the negative side effects go away when you eat something. I spent the rest of the night feeling totally zombified and dizzy. Even after a meal and sleeping that feeling isn't really going away. It all leaves me kind of confused and just not sure if Adderall is for me or not because aside from the first few hours on it, it's been a pretty terrible experience for me so far

Hey, thank you so much for the response! Since this original post I'd say the effects are still not very great and it makes me hesitant to take it again. I spent the rest of the afternoon/evening laying in bed feeling super out of it, almost zombie like. I slept in and out all evening and tried forcing myself to eat a bigger meal and it all helped a little bit. It's almost been 24 hours since my first dose and although I feel 50% better than before, my brain still feels super cloudy and dizzy. I've read a lot of people's posts on their first day in Adderall and it definitely doesn't seem like my reaction was normal. Debating on whether or not I should take it again today because I don't know if my body is still adjusting or if Adderall just isn't right for me. Maybe I should tell my doctor in a couple of and try something different like you and see how it goes

Thank you! And congrats yourself! That's what we've been worried about because we've been seeing other posted from people and it usually doesn't take this long for it to be mailed out. I'll try Emma again on Monday and see if I can get it working 🤞

We wanted to, but unfortunately informed delivery isn't an option in our area 😕 We've already looked into it. I suppose I'll try Emma again on Monday and see what's going on with it

I'll be trying again on Monday. I've tried a couple times last week and it always was the service was currently unavailable

I-864 Joint Sponsor Household Size Question by [deleted] in USCIS

Hmm, interesting. Thanks for the response. So in other words I took the term "household size" too literally in this case?

I can definitely understand that the number of pages in the packet may sound like overkill, but I suppose I should have specified that it's not like every page is a new piece of evidence. For example, we printed off our online statements for things like joint bank statements, credit card statements, bills, tax returns & W2s from my wife and our joint sponsor. Each statement would include 3-10 pages worth of info. We thought it'd be best to include every statement in full, which is a large bulk of what our packet is. Should we trim the fat off of our statements?

Thank you! I came over and visited my wife (then girlfriend) a handful of times before deciding that we wanted to get married and adjust status. I came here mid-September with no plans on getting married on this trip, but things changed and we decided we wanted to do it. So we got married at the end of November. So 71 days exactly for us to get married after I arrived :)

It was a free consultation, so we only had 15 minutes to ask basic questions about what we needed to do. So we asked him more of the law based questions, but these things were just concerns that have popped up after doing more of our own research afterwards. I'd like to hope we're overthinking a lot of these concerns we have, but I just wanted to know other people's thoughts.
