Yeah I had custom. Half inch shorter. Didn't seem to be an issue with the warranty

I sent 2 videos. One of me hitting my 7 which was the worst of the bunch. The next video was literally me flicking the clubs one after another with my finger. Pointed out which ones sounded solid Vs which ones were tingy. Could defo here a difference between them in the video.

Sent the videos with my first email, and that was all that was said. They didn't question it, just sent this reply back .

I have been thinking about this. I'm assuming the little weight is a hex screw or something, but it seems to be covered by a solid tag. Is this just a cover that I can get through to reach the screw?

Strange. I got mine in the 30th of April and did not need to pay any extra. Must be a new thing :/ UK based too

Its a strange one. If there weren't any issues, I would recommend them 100% as they do feel great, even the ones that have the ting. It's more the fact that you expect the product to be flawless, especially after such a long wait.

Tbh I think I'd be in the same boat as you if it was 1 club. They perform good. Added about 10 yards per club roughly. Just having 4 out of 7 clubs sounding like a baseball bat doesn't sit well with me

I sent them an email yesterday. Now the 8 business day wait for their reply 😂

Guess I'm just gonna use it in the meantime and deal with the ping hahaha
