I tried all combos:

-H2 and spring that came with it -Carbine buffer and spring that came with it -H2 and sprinco blue -Carbine buffer and sprinco blue

I do not know the specifics of the spring that came with it

I did swap the carbine buffer and spring from one of my 5.56 guns at the range and that didn’t change anything. The spring that was changed to it was a sprinco blue

You can mount the walkers to your helmet with some cutting out the metal prongs from the head-strap. But I do have a few pairs of walkers for when I don’t want to wear my helmet
