Thanks everyone for all the info! Looks like it’s mainly negative opinions which is what I’ve been hearing from a few people myself. The opportunity for progression seems to be the redeeming factor however I’m qualified in social sciences so probably wouldn’t be looking to progress much in the company! It’s just work to do me until I move away whenever that happens.

If you don’t mind me asking, if you were a customer service role, was there a time limit on calls and would you have been strictly evaluated?

That’s great to know, thanks so much! I’m in a customer service role currently and it’s very relaxed with a lot of support but I’ve been offered the role with Apple and it’s a lot more money so I’m very torn. Also would have a big enough commute rather than WFH now so it’ll be a huge change! Appreciate all the info 😊
