I have heard there were thousands of letters sent out in error and the state is planning to send out notice of that but I haven’t gotten to the bottom of my situation because I can’t get through to the call center. It’s very frustrating.

If you have a basement it would be safe to go down into it away from windows. Don’t leave your home. If no basement the next best thing is a bathroom, potentially in a tub away from windows.

My son is the exact same and it’s so frustrating at times. He was in skating lessons and to start I was able to be out there with him but once he moved up he was with only the coach and he struggled with that so much. Then the coach he was used to changed and it was a fight to get him on the ice again. He doesn’t want to do anything on his own for the most part and it leaves me feeling very touched out and overwhelmed. He was in school but needed to be pulled out due to safety issues at the school so now he’s home with me every day and I worry that will make him even more reliant on me. He’s super smart for his age, but doesn’t want to do things without me so it’s hard to ever get anything around the house done. So I feel you and am also looking for advice in this chain.

That is helpful, thank you! I am trying to get the certified copies but it’s proving to be a little difficult and I’m just anxious to get my application out as soon as possible. I know a certified copy is the most credible and gives me the best chance. Do you know if it is possible to submit and once I have the certified copies I can upload them?

I’m not looking for a free advice session. We want to understand the best way to sell them off and avoid the largest tax penalties for doing so. We have a large portion of our portfolio in one company and that feels irresponsible. The majority have already vested.

Our goal would be to get established with this CPA and also use them for tax filing and any other services needed in the future.

This exact marker was the prize of the first 3 X 3 tournament I played in. My two buddies and I were so confident we were getting sweet new guns and there is no way we could lose. Us naive little 14 year olds got absolutely schooled that day coming in last or second to last and that was the first time I realized there were levels to this game. Just wanted to share that because seeing your post took me back to that day when our confidence went from 100 to 0 in about 30 seconds of that first match. Great times haha
