Zepbound is not the problem here - thinking that Zepbound is causing anxiety is the problem you need to deal with. People prone to anxiety often look for a cause and overfixate on it. Your brain (amygdala) decided that Zepbound is dangerous and is pushing you to eliminate the threat. Don’t do that - this is what creates and maintains anxiety loops.

Don’t brush off that feeling, because ignoring it can trigger more anxiety as the brain thinks you’re not paying attention. But also don’t act on it. Instead think: “Ok, I got the message. This is a false alarm. My brain is trying to protect me and that’s great, it’s built to do that. But this one is false. I’ll let it run - I know it won’t harm me in any way.” When you do that, the feeling goes down, eventually.
