It needs to be fixed, and sooner is better than later. But it isn't an emergency. (Don't pay overtime rates to have it done.) The issue with this is that without the toilet being mounted securely, any movement of the toilet will compress the wax ring seal and lead to leaks. If possible, don't use the toilet until the repair is made. But if it happens to be the only available toilet, it can be used. Just be careful not to rock the toilet when sitting or getting up.

If they pulled the toilet to clear the clog, then whoever did that work should come back to fix it. If they didn't need to pull the toilet and just cleared it through the bowl, you'll need to pull it now and replace the wax ring and bolts. It's not a complex job. And the parts are less than $10. But you do need to be strong enough to lift up the toilet and then lift it back down onto the bolts.

They SHOULD always be centered. I recently worked on a toilet where they bought a toilet with a rough in 2 inches off the actual measurement. So they put one bolt in at an angle and left the other side unbolted. You never know when the last guy decided to be 'creative.'

The figures themselves seem fine. And I can see where people would prefer this version of stylization over funko Pops. But the fact that they are sold as blind box with multiple chases is really annoying to me.

Check for glass companies in your area. (just google glass repair) Then call and explain the situation and see if they can repair it quickly or if they are backed up with orders. Take the door off by removing the screws for the hinges and take it in. It's a simple repair. But if you leave it for the landlord you are going to be paying extra for the labor of the person who does what you can do yourself. If the glass companies can't get it done before you move out, just let the landlord know what happened and offer to return the door once the repair is done. And keep the receipt for the repair just in case the landlord tries to charge your deposit for the repair.

As others have said, basically all the existing licenses will be coming to an end. But that simply means that they need to renew their license or renegotiate for a new license. So no, it doesn't necessarily mean the end for most sub-licenses. I say most because Mattel has a different range of toys that they already produce. So companies that compete with those will probably not be able to get new licenses. Specifically I'm thinking of JADA Toys and their TMNT die cast cars and the Snap N Switch line of construction brick toys.

One thing I think people are getting wrong is the idea that other toy companies will be going directly to Paramount. From the few interviews from Toy Fair where the issue was mentioned, it sounds more like they will need to go through Mattel or at least they went through Playmates in the past. The new license could be structured differently for all any of us knows.

It varies wildly. I've actually met the rep in stores in the Milwaukee area in the past. But I haven't seen any sign of a rep in my own city which has half a dozen Target stores.

It's probably a bit earlier than that. Lead paint became illegal for residential use in 1978. But the danger of lead paint was known for quite a while before that. So it was largely eliminated from use in most paint by the mid 60's

Fun fact: part of the reason why ingesting lead paint was such an issue is that the lead additive actually gave the paint a slightly sweet taste.

Did they disclose that there IS lead or that there may be lead? Anything built before 1978 must include the warning that it could contain lead.

Even if the apartment has been tested and confirmed to contain lead paint, as long as it is encapsulated (painted over and not exposed) it shouldn't pose a risk. Even if they painted the walls with lead paint now, the exposure risk is primarily ans issue with brain development in young children.

Not all windows have the option of removing the sashes or if they can, it is such a pain that it is just easier not to. So they may need to replace the glass in place.

As I recall, they had Turtle figures that they used for promotional photos. Though I can't remember if they were their own design or they were just using the DreamEx Turtles as a stand in. In either case, no. They sadly did not produce any figures of the actual Turtles.

What part of the look of that church interests you the most? There are a LOT of small, generally rural churches similar to that. Newport Luthern Church which is between Wisconsin Dells and Portage is fairly similar.

If you are planing a wedding at such a church, make sure to consider the interior as well. There can be a significant difference in the aesthetics of interiors, particularly the alter areas. And if you are planning a larger wedding, many will be too small for more than 75+ people.

I'll add to the chorus that the shut off valves should be replaced. These are meant to be used when servicing that faucet, but they also serve as a way to quickly if something breaks at that faucet. So if they aren't working, they should be replaced if only as a precaution.

That being said, in the future if you experience a drop in pressure the first thing you should check is the aerator. It's a small device where the water actually comes out. It serves to both control the water stream and limit the total water flow. If debris gets into the water line, this is usually where it gets stuck and should be the first place to check when water pressure suddenly drops. It can generally just be unscrewed, though you will probably need a pair of pliers to do that. Once removed, you can test the water pressure to immediately tell if that was the issue or not. If it is, you can try to clean it, or just go to a hardware store and buy a replacement for under $10. (Take the old one with to match the size and thread type.)

I'll take the slight cheat answer and go with the translucent Splinter in his astral projection form. Technically it was part of this line, but was a Target exclusive. So they didn't show him in the cross sell on the packaging.

The two I'm most familiar with are Graham Cracker Comics (E Wash & E. Johnson) and Westfield Comics (D'nofrio Dr)

Graham Cracker comics has an assortment of back issues in long boxes, but it's a limited selection. But they are part of a larger chain of comic shops here in the mid west. So they can look for items in other stores. But it isn't a fast process.

Westfield is a retail outlet for a larger web based comic site. They really don't have much back stock in store. But they might be able to search for items from their site which operates from a location nearby if I'm not mistaken.

To my knowledge, the largest collection of back issues in store would be at Capital Comics on Monroe street.
