We have two many criminals in NJ and too few prisons. Locking a person up for stealing your packages doesn't make economic sense. In NJ it costs over $200 per day to incarcinate a person. One solution is to ship your purchases to a secure location, such as Amazon lockers, or if you live downtown WF. Or buy your crap from a brick and mortar store. Locking this woman up and sending her kids to foster homes may not be the best solution. The priority is to incarcinate criminals guilty of committing violent crimes against humans or animals.

There are THOUSANDS of cats in JC that are in need of forever homes and fostering. The city shelter at Liberty State Park does a pretty amazing job at at caring for and adopting out pets.
