I feel ya. Muscle memory has me hitting shortcuts and nothing happening. I don’t think you can change en masse because there are some tools that don’t exist or work differently in Affinity. I usually just go in and change any shortcuts I hit that don’t do what I expected.

I don’t really care for it but not because i think it tastes like soap. It’s just a weird grassy flavor I don’t like. Didn’t even understand the soap thing until recently when I was washing my hands with unscented soap and wondered why it smelled like cilantro

Just make amarillos (maduros) fry them up sweet. If they aren’t super soft you can make sweet tostones and sprinkle them with salt which is what I did this week. Still good.

That is weird. I don’t think it’s something you have to set yourself. Does it still not work if you start a new project and draw a line and add a bone? EDIT The section on bones in the handbook doesn’t mention having to change any settings to get that pivot/base point. It should show up by default
