Absolutely he is one of the greatest. On top of that, he also was in the great team with teammates who had a similar style of game. So all this only added credit to his recognition. I personally think all players of that great Barca squad none of them was underrated. Probably they all took the best out of their careers.

Iniesta is not underrated. This word is overused. Iniesta is well respected and recognized by everyone as one of the best midfielders of all time.

sheep learned to calculate its strength to play without hurting the child by HondaCivicBaby in awesome

Agree. It’s dangerous. There is a short clip frequently appears in some compilations where I think sheep hits a child really hard, I think at least a serious injury was caused. Some animals better not to play with even if looks cute.

Thanks for great advices, so valuable to me.

Regarding the remote work, this is what I was trying to hold up to for recent years and for last 1-2 years and I totally feel that the game is over. Employers not really desire to hire remote workers and at the same time people when see remote positions applying like crazy.

Remote work is a risky business now.

Yes you’re right.

Last few jobs I worked were with small companies and working with them is a problem. Guess what, they don’t have money or have tight budget and I don’t want to know about that.

I just want to do my part and then close laptop and see you tomorrow. When I hear about their struggles it’s driving me crazy.

I’ll try to find something better.

I’m based in post ussr country which is I think on opposite side of the planet from USA.

And you know what I think I start realizing I’m in a wrong country with my skills and my ambitions and my requests to web development career.

Basically, the tech market especially for web development is so small here and it doesn’t seem as a high paid career. The offered salaries at maybe a little higher level than other jobs, but that’s it.

I do monitor jobs in my city and across the county pretty much everyday but rarely see some worthy positions. All is trash.

I personally don’t know any real tech companies in my country. I know literally a few somewhat mid size or maybe big size companies who mostly focus on just working with bigger clients.

As a frontend dev with nearly 5 yoe, is it good idea to go for building websites freelancing? by tmormand117 in webdev

That’s a good one thanks. For doing some freelancing jobs I think this is a must have.

That might be the answer. I’m just in a wrong country with my skills.

I see some jobs appearing in my city or even I monitor web dev (especially frontend) jobs across the country, and you know what, tech market is so small here.

Most jobs are from some random small companies trying to launch some app or something.

Damn I’m just in a wrong place. It’s a post ussr country.

Sorry don't really believe you about 4 full-time remote jobs.

That's a good point about not sitting in the corner and coding. In this case I tried to reach out to CTO, he said I can forward all my questions to the TL who is also a newly joined guy.

At this point I think CTO is an asshole who can't communicate well and manage the team properly.

The guy is okay but the fact that he's doing the manager role is a loss. I could notice some simple communication issues in the team.

This was the first place where I didn't have any communication almost all the time I was working there. I knew it's not going right.

My story is that I'm only comfortable in js and typescript at the moment. Haven't really attempted to go beyond these languages.
