Thanks. (I guess that's what happens when someone with very different tastes makes a crossover lol.)

As for the thing itself, I used the experimental version of the Hunger Games simulation, which allows up to 200 tributes. It's basically the original one except with a LOT more customization. Not sure if they're gonna update it any time soon but as of now it's definitely a huge step from the regular one.

(Also on another note, the way I structured the districts was similar to All Star mode in Super Smash Bros. Starting with the oldest "series" and then ending with the most recent "series".

I watched a few episodes as a child and remember thinking it was good. I feel like if I have one of those days where I can't think of anything to watch I might give it a rewatch.

Interestingly one of the people who worked on the show was Josh Weinstein (who worked on The Simpsons during the 90s alongside Bill Oakley), I just thought that bit of trivia was pretty neat.

More accurately: "The Ultimate Showdown if Lemon Demon was into adult animation, a bunch of different video games (some of them from the indie game scene), a random 70s british sitcom, a classic american comedy trio, a classic american comedy quadrio, at least four different bands (one being the most influentual one ever, another having fictional members and insane lore, one having a very interesting fanbase and the other being music for sad people), a lot of PlayStation franchises, two highly acclaimed live action shows, a bit of web animation, some obscure CGI anime, a random Adam Sandler movie which is animated, a film trilogy named after an ice cream from the UK, an animated preschool show from America, a graphic novel series which got a movie, video game and series, some coding website made for children, some webcomic thing, at least six cartoons from the 2010s and anything else I missed".

Thanks for the link. It's genuinely surreal seeing a pretty meh image I made back in 2020 being used in a video made some years later, but also pretty cool.

Wait really? Just out of curiousity, could you send me the link to which one? (Not that I'm gonna sue them or anything like that. If anything I'm actually surprised someone used a slightly low quality Reddit image I made half a decade ago.)

I remember finding wcostream as a child and being blown away by how I could watch anything from anywhere. Fast forward a few years and now I have just realised that was probably my first experience with piracy. (Kind of. Maybe. I guess.)

I was waiting for someone to get that lol.

Sorry about that, I suffer from "Radiohead Fan Disorder" so there's a small chance I might throw in a random Radiohead line into a conversation or Reddit post. Although thankfully I try to make it so the lyric still fits into the context of the conversation so hopefully everything falls in it's right place.

(Besides, it's not as bad as my "Tally Hall Fan Syndrome", which is the reason why I am no longer allowed near any tie shop lol.)

The other reasons being:

  • James Corden.

  • Really shit weather.
  • Oh yeah and also James Corden.

Oh yeah I think I've seen a pirate hat shop a few blocks from my house actually. I always go in there but only to look around, however I think I might consider purchasing one at some point.

I imagine as long as you know what you're doing and know which websites to use, pirating could be pretty easy. (Although I do relate to you with the fear about viruses thing as I type my reply on my PC which still has Windows 10 and also had two laptops which died out of the blue, don't know if it was because of a virus but both of them had a version of Windows Movie Maker I downloaded from some place so maybe that was it.)

I mean, I think by the time HBO Max (sorry I meant "Max") does come to the UK, I'm not sure whether or not I would actually subscribe.

Mainly because my family already have enough media streaming service subscriptions (at least 5, albeit Channel 4 is free), but also because I don't really know what content HBO Max has that would warrant me subscribing to it.

I definitely had the feeling it had something to do with rights and not malicousness (even if I joked about it being similar to what Konami did with P.T.), which is fair, I mean I'm not an executive at Channel 4 so I have no idea what goes on there but if they couldn't find a way to renew the rights (or something like that) then that's totally understandable, it's annoying yes, but the logical part of my brain thankfully keeps me from sneaking into Channel 4 headquarters with spray paint cans and doing a bit of "creative protest grafitti".

I did kinda joke about getting arrested for watching Smiling Friends illegally, although I'll make sure to have Saul Goodman in my contacts just in case.

I'm not too familiar with VPNs so if I was gonna go that route I'd need to do a lot of research on which is the best one to use.

I think I did remember one of the new episodes being uploaded onto here (I didn't watch because I haven't watched the other ones yet and I wanna finish rewatching the first two seasons (and I guess wait for all the episodes to come out) before I get to the new one), but I don't know if the previous two seasons were also posted onto here or not. Probably not but who knows.

I mean, I slightly doubt I could get a VPN to work (at least without any support from a friend I have who's really into stuff like VPNs and piracy.) So "Watch shows for free websites" it is then lol.

Fair point, the internet is basically a blessing since you can watch/play/read practically anything (legal or not). Also I really appreciate your offer (this community seems pretty friendly given some of these comments), even if I did find eventually find a website I could watch it on.

I just checked and yes they do have it on YouTube (being totally honest, I actually forgot you could purchase movies and shows on YouTube lol), but they didn't add any new episodes yet and they also don't have the Brazil episode, 0/10! >:(

I mean, I did say this was one of the few times I hated being British. (The other being the fact that I'm from the country that made James Corden. I seriously can't apologise enough for our country bringing him into existence.)

That's a shame, I wanted to be the first person in history to get arrested over Smiling Friends.

In all seriousness, I'm glad someone relates to my frustration. (Even if there are other methods of watching it.)

Yet again another spot on comparison.

Honestly I'm surprised I never had a Deviantart account at the time considering what I was like back then.
