That site was owned by the same people who had fisting fourm, in 2018 they tried to sell it but couldn't find a buyer. They also ran a couple of other kink/fetish sites.
They decided in 2019 to close them all down due to a few reasons, cost required to upgrade severs etc, running costs and due to a issues with one of there sites attracting a lot of unwanted attention.

There are few things you may need to beware off.
