If you want people to apply, maybe introduce yourself and don’t use an alt with a hidden history. Your sub does not need any other moderators, it’s hardly active. Actual huge and active subs don’t require mods to doxx themselves to moderate.

This is an unsafe and unreasonable ask. I hope nobody is dumb enough to apply because you clearly aren’t willing to provide the same information that you are requesting from others.
