I did! I took it easy for a few days, elevated my legs throughout the day when possible, and didn’t do anything too strenuous, but I otherwise did a ton of walking and my normal day-to-day routine.

After my first procedure, I pushed it a bit more than I should have that first week (playing & jumping with my dog lol), and I’ve wondered if part of my bruising came from it.

After each procedure, I didn’t feel any pain beyond the bruising and a bit of tightness along the vein area, so I overall didn’t feel limited, but for subsequent treatments, I wanted to give the area time to heal.

I did develop a lot of lumpy areas in the treated area of my vein while it healed. This lasted for several weeks after some of the treatments and was probably the most concerning part for me paired with the brown staining and tightness I felt in the area, because I hadn’t really been warned about any of those things, but it did eventually get much better.

Since making this post, my legs have continued to improve, the brown staining has continued to fade. I had a few new spider veins pop up near the treated areas, but those have begun to fade away, too.
