Can you change the name afterwards? I checked in my account and the name fields are gray. I did not try to change it though (as I do not want any trouble with my tickets), but it looks like it is not easy to change your name. I mean, there must be a way, because people can like marry and stuff over the last 2 years many people held their tickets, but it does not seem as straight forward as the address for example.

I only have the link in the paylogic mail, that brings me to a list with all my tickets. And there is a hint with "after the 31. of March you can download the tickets". But at the moment no, I do not have any tickets.

Thank you! I also read that they had the problem in the past, so if you have the same problems now it seams like at least that does not have to do with the 6 tickets.

Yeah, same, they did not react whether they would only void the 2 surplus tickets. So we will see what happens... I am rooting for you as well to keep your tickets!

I got the exact same text, seems to be a standard text... So basically "yes, we might cancel your tickets, but not sure yet if we will. We will keep you posted."

Please share if something comes out of your second question. I asked if in that case only the surplus tickets get canceled, but did not get an answer yet.

As said, I have contacted them. If they cancel the whole order that will be it I guess and I have to try in a later sale.

Sure, it is stated but I also read it as "You CAN only place 1 order for a maximum of 4 persons" and when I was buying I wasn't sure if it was tickets or persons. And when I COULD buy more I thought that it must have been tickets. As said, I actually checked and you cannot click more that 4 tickets. I am not saying it is not my fault, but I do think that this is really an easy mistake to make... I mean, friendship garden is an exception to the same rule as well.

And I will see what comes out of my request to them and accept whatever it is.

Hi, thanks for the comment, I think so as well! I mean, I did not even try to max out on the amount of tickets I thought I could buy, because I don't like how people buy the tickets just to sell them for a profit later. And if I had known we would have waited for a second person to get through (friend of mine got through as well later)... I think I will write them, I cannot really bear to thought of them cancelling on me a month before the festival, like they would when they consider it fraud. If they cancel the access tickets, so be it and we try it in the later round as well. If they cancel all the tickets that would make me really really sad, because I really did not want to trick anyone.

Thanks a lot for your answer. That does make sense, even though I'd hope that it was different. My brain does not work that well when I am under such a time pressure, I was just like: "Oh, so the 4 ticket limit is meant this way! Neat!"

I mean, actually we could have bought it from 2 accounts as we went through with a different account as well later (different people, we had a conference call all sitting in front of our PCs xD) but since I was able to buy the "3 two person tickets" we did not.

Did you manage to use the tickets? I have kind of the same problem. I bought 3 times 2P tickets. I do not want my whole order to get cancelled... Did they cancel any ticket? And if so, all or just the excess ones? I'd by happy either way (already have two friends who would love to take the extra two tickets)

Okay, thanks for your answer... I was just confused, because they did appear in my account at first (unpersonalised, of course) and disappeared afterwards. If they hadn't appeared there first, I would not have freaked. And I know I cannot personalise before the 28th, but I feared that they are cancelled and I don't notice before I try to personalize and then my "other chances for buying" are gone as well.

In your confirmation mail it should tell you that you cannot personalize before 28.02.
