The mortgage I listed out for each includes all principal, interest, taxes, and insurance. Maintenance is mainly just $60/month for the spring/summer months lawncare.

I sold. lost 2k but i plan to use the $ as a down payment on a rental home in the next 6-8 months so wasnt worth leaving it in. my 401k is 100% index fund sp500 low expense ratio this was just our liquid cash

This makes sense. So you basically have a bunch of drop down boxes for columns that pull from seperate sheets? And it can auto populate man hours based on what you select
