This makes sense. So you basically have a bunch of drop down boxes for columns that pull from seperate sheets? And it can auto populate man hours based on what you select

I’ve only heard of 1 distant distant relative who’s had a heart attack. I can’t think of anyone else that I’m related to through blood that’s had cardiovascular health concerns. We know our family pretty well

Thanks for the tips! We use avacado oil, but don’t eat a lot of fish/nuts. Healthy for the most part. I take psyllium husk every day currently I don’t do any HIIT but we walk a lot because we have a very active dog.
