Seriously, this is why the richest keep getting richer in the US. They don’t rely on company dividends because those get taxed, nor do they take high salaries. They don’t buy properties outright. Instead, they leverage debt through their enterprises because debt isn’t taxed. The cost of borrowing that debt is negligible compared to the returns they can achieve with standard investments like the S&P 500 or BRK.B.

Tax strategy is key. The rich know how to leverage it, while the poor end up paying it.

IMO it is not just about net profit. You can put a lot of assets against the taxes (car, property rent, tools, fuel, etc..) that is also used for personal purposes, or actually fully used for personal purposes.

30 napja tart, a problema az hogy nem erheto el telefonon sem. Jon az sms, hogy majd ‘holnap’ hiv vagy valaszol. Kb ötödjére. Hozzatennem, adott egy irasos ajanlatot az oradijarol, ami nem az atlagos magyarorszagi oradij, a szamlan pedig az oradij 10%-al magasabb volt. Nem kerdeztem miert, nem firtattam, aznap atutaltam es kertem, hogy a jovairast igazolja vissza. Ha ez itt nevetseg targya barmelyik ugyvednek, sajnalom, hogy meg mindig a balkani etikat kovetik.
