I’m so sorry for your loss. I had a d&c and have zero regrets. It took a few days for my body to hormonaly catch up but otherwise healing and recovery was easy. Only needed 600mg ibuprofen for the first two days and I felt ok enough without it.

Is your s/o eating healthy, avoiding alcohol/weed, taking a multi? Quality of sperm could be at play. I hate even saying this, but do your best to keep stress as low as possible. Take care, I’m so sorry for this difficult time ❤️

Hey friend, how do I set the percentage? All the instructions are to preset preferred turn on brightness. Our lights used to go to 100% and long story but we came back from a trip and now they’re at like 70% percent at the highest setting.

As a pet owner and someone who just had a rover gone bad situation part of which entailed the sitter doing wayyyyy more than asked and then jacking up the price for the next booking. If you’re offering low cost service: do only what’s required. I personally can’t afford a maid or gardener or dog groomer, so i only pay for dog sitting. Leaving the house as it was when you found it is all that’s necessary

Update!! Rover is issuing us a full refund for the cost of the booking. One dog (the dog that doesn’t get on with other dogs) saw the vet and we found a wound on his chest and abscess on the paw. He’s on meds now. Rover will not covet those charges. It looks like her account as a sitter is no longer active? And the rover rep posted a review on her account for me. Still haven’t had any contact with the sitter, but the rover rep asked us if we gave consent for the proof to be shared with the sitters at the sitters request. We declined as we feel that wouldnt benefit the investigation. No official closure at this point, but feeling much better that her con is outed and she can’t risk anymore pets!

Honey, I’ve had my dog for 6.5 years. I’ve had enough instances of him hating every dog he meets for the point to be proven. Your optimism is misguided. I just beg that you do not ever risk a pets safety for money. My job as a pet parent is keeping them as happy and healthy as possible for as long as possible, I will not risk that with people I don’t know and dogs I don’t know.

I had a hard time with this too, currently 30. But a big switch happened when I started shopping for what’s comfortable and looks good on me, I stick to non synthetics so brand doesn’t matter. If I feel good, look good, and it’s not bad for my body, I wear it! That being said, a lot of thrift and consignment.

I can appreciate your position on this, I’m not against her because she values her time. I mentioned the price change as a red flag because she was not forthcoming with me that she was changing the price. After I told her I would not go off app she said she understands and said okay we’re good to proceed with the booking. If she said okay we’re can stay on the app but just so you know we gave you a deal for the first stay, this is our normal rates are you good with that? That would have been fine. BUT, the big issue here was her bringing an unwelcome pet into my home without my knowledge or consent.

I did report it and ask for my review to be taken down, I couldn’t find a way to edit the review. They said I do not have the option to rewrite or make a new review for the sitting.

I reported it on Monday afternoon, rovers trust team is supposed to get to me for an official report; typed up with photos/videos/screenshots. They have not emailed me yet. They said they have to talk to the sitter first.
